The game crashes in Sanctuary

Started a new game. Cleared out the first settlement. I built a second floor for each surviving house (and on every second floor I then added 5-6 ASAM living rooms, a couple of new houses. Then I began to carry out Jake's quest chain there.
But after some time, the game began to crash after 1-2 minutes of being in the settlement. Apparently, my buildings are putting too much stress on a weak laptop. Very sad.
In order to be able to continue the game, I appointed another main settlement.
Additionally, the game crashes when trying to get to the boat and then when trying to sail the boat to Far Harbor.
There are about 50 mods installed, you cannot refuse one, all are vital.
Please, tell me the ways to optimize the game!

How Weak is your Laptop?Fallout 4 is even vanilla not easy for an old - medium PC.And SS2 is a real Heavy Mod that need a half decent PC to run smooth.The only way to Run FO4 on weak to old PCs is to reduce drastical the graphic and to add a lot of Ini tweaks.And to Mods more you use more must your PC/Laptop work and can do.Post your Load Order so we can see if it only a Conflict between Mods or your PC can not handle the Game itself

Good afternoon. Sorry for the slow answer, I'm wrong.

I answer point by point.

1. List of mods and loading order.
I have a Vortex. I can not find the button for unloading the list of mods in it. I copied with my hands from the game itself, so that the order was clearly visible (If there are errors in the names - sorry!). Tell me how to do this automatically?

2. I cleaned the settlement with my hands (I like it). I removed the roofs and some foundations with a console. Plus, I have a cleaning mod that allows you to remove trash, rubble, and more.

4. About the situation now. Played recently in Far Harbor, where the game crashed extremely rarely. But during this time, large settlements have developed? for example, at the Starlight restaurant. The game started to crash there too. Of course, some settlements can simply not be visited, but it's sad!

5. About noticed inconvenient things.
If you put two foundations next to each other, everything is in order, they interact and stand side by side. If you put a foundation, a plot on it, and put a second foundation next to it, it will not stand next to it, it will be placed under the plot. We have to move the site to the side, place a second foundation and return the site to its place.

i Google only fast your GPU and that i find direct what Expert says.
Is Nvidia GeForce GT 630 good for gaming?
No, it's an old low-end graphics card so it's not going to do all that well in games. It can run them at low settings in a pinch, but for gaming I'd recommend something better.
Your CPU is even a little bit Weak.
To your Mods many i never use or see.So i can not recommand an better Load Order.
The mods i know from that list are near all very heavy Mods they change a lot and use many scripts and most of them needs a lot of Patches to work right.To use that Combination you real need a better PC or play without them.If you want to use them all anyway try to Build in Settlements lesser possible and not more then 10 Settlers.

These mods have different purposes. One gives unique names to the settlers and some additional options for managing the settlement. The second is the outwardly beautiful settlers.
But I don’t remember exactly which of them is hiding for reduction. Maybe these are the better settlers.

This is sad. Unfortunately, there is no way to do anything about it in the near future. We'll have to say goodbye to the dream of settling in 100+ people :(

Pretty sure that one is Tales from the commonwealth. Even though TftC is also on your mod list. Dunno what's going on there.

I love this mod but it breaks in some places. Caused consistent CTDs in Far Harbor near Echo Mill, at least. Maybe it was patched on pc but doubt it.

Not sure which mod that is, in your mod order there's only "Commonwealth Cleanup Big Junk Remix". Idk if it's compatible or not. Also cleaning with console is something causing CTD's, I bet. I'd really really avoid doing that. Try "raze my settlement" instead.
Also a lot of Thuggy mods, are they compatible now? Don't they need a patch for that?

Idk about vortex but this seems really odd. I'd guess you have a lot of incompatible mods and something went wrong installing even those that are compatible. That's more important than your specs. But it's just a theory.
