Thanks to KG and the Gang - Completed Chapter 1 - The Saga Continues

After ~ 120 hours including numerous reloads/replays, considering this is a mod in development, going reasonably well, recognizing I micromanage everything. Recent, minor problems and annoyances are:
(1) 7 CTDs at Abernathy and Red Rocket - probably due to the vanilla-related "triangle of death" since Abernathy, Red Rocket and Sanctuary are built up. Anticipating this, I have numerous saves and reload/work around until I get past the CTD
(2) the beacon system is still not working for me, see https://simsettlements.com/site/index.php?threads/beacons-need-abit-of-work.15932/
(3) individual side quests are working well - suggest listening to all of Gremlins dialogue - well written/voice acting
(4) multiple bed/residences need some work because some NPCs abandon their assigned beds - suggest using single bed residences

Couple more:
(1) several game days later, cleared Faneuil Hall - scanner worked, but got the busy message with Mk 1 Beacon. Tried sending loot from Starlight to County Crossing by salvage beacon and got the busy messge.
(2) Happiness at several settlements fell significantly due to reaching my build limit. Reversed the trend by using the "drop weapons/store in Workbench" method. After doing this for Starlight, one game day later happiness is dropping again - the Workshop mode stats are good - no clue as to the cause.
