Stuck in How to HQ

When you Use V for Command mode, sometimes it will open to the same place as where you were when you used it last.
So if you used Logistics/Manage last time to assign Lupe to Logistics, it may open to there again.
If that is the case, you should be able to select manage, but use the up arrow to move it back to show both options for Logistics.

Or log out and in again, use Command Mode (V). It should come up with all of the departments for you.
Select Logistics. You should have Manage and Coordinate.

If that doesn't work, idk what else to suggest.

Tried all of the above but I don't get a Coordinate option, even when I go to the planning boards in the new Hub room.
Jake even says he is ready to start something but that's all he says.

If you are playing on PC, you can use a console command to make a save file.
Open the console, type: save nameofsave (no spaces for the name of the same)
i usually call them something like: save runners_gunners_start (before starting runners and gunners.

Stumped again got to Living Quarters but I'm short of Facilities Energy, Ill try back at the Main fight see if I get a better setup this time, Oh being a hoarder in these games I maybe doing something by gathering all the junk from all the desks but I would not expect that to be a thing.

Well I'm back to being stuck at step 20 but don't have the option for logistics to get supplies I only have Manage.
Only hint is that the power supply bar when I'm in Build Mode is at about 60%, so do I need to have more power at the first settlement I try to link up with?
Ill try that to see if it helps.
