Store not working correctly

Not sure how the stores work but I made a general store but the person I put in charge of it (lily) she isn't selling anything other than her normal inventory which is some 308 and 2 razorgrain, any fix ?

Yes I am still having the issue, it wasn't fixed it the latest patch

When you say you made a general store, was this from a SS2 plot or a vanilla store?

Vault Tec Rep does it too.
In the save where Lily did that, Katie Powell decided SHE had vendor dialog, despite being on Farm duty.

I have seen this as well. In my current game started on v1.0.7, I hardly get any idle lines from the SS2 added NPCs.

Ive seen the issue with ... I forget his name The Old Man with the Black Dog
When he is a Bar Tender he doesn't sell anything except normal inventory either.

Nor is he ever at his bar he just keeps walking around.
