Stodge not talking to me in Peace of Mind

Hi everyone!

First of all, I am really enjoying the mod so far and the team did a great job in creating it.

I am running into an issue with the Peace of Mind quest. I am supposed to talk to Stodge in Coastal Cottage, but whenever I talk to him he only says “Oh, it’s you! We’ve been tryna contact you!” and then continues doing whatever he was doing.

I checked the solutions list for stuck NPCs, verified my mod load order, made sure that everything was up to date and reinstalled SS2 and Chapter 2. I have never played SS1 on this save game and removed any mods that might conflict with SS2. I looked through the conflict list and I did have mods installed that modified Tenpines Bluff and Croup Manor (but Stodge is located in Coastal Cottage), which I removed.

I've just run into this bug. Is there any remedy?

Is Theresa (the girl in the white shirt with the leather corset over the top) also there with Stodge? She has to take part in that conversation too.

I've tried talking to Stodge with and without Theresa there (after she went to HQ). I don't think she has anything to do with the Peace of Mind quest (someone correct me if I'm wrong)..

Theresa has lines in that sequence, every time I've done that quest she's been right there with Stodge and joined in the conversation. That's why I brought it up.

Ahh ok. Well I have the bug where you talk to Stodge, but no dice. He just walks off. It seems there's a lot of content I missed out on as I decided to speed-run the Ch2 content just to see what the main questline was like. Although I'm curious to see what the CPD quests are like.

ooh. have the same issue.
My Theresa is in the HQ, Administration leader.
Guess I would need to move her to stodges settlement somehow?
How do I change leaders?

Edit: I did it the other way around.
Took Stodge's ref id by clicking him in console.
Traveled to Theresa.
in console: prid (stodge's id)
moveto player

Stodge started the conversation and everything went as expected.
It-s quite stupid that all this was caused by Theresa who had only 1 line of dialog in this conversation...
