Hey all I am really excited about this! I have been working on this for awhile now and completion is near. About 34 sim settlement plots!

I don't want to post too many screen shots, if you guys are interested and want to see more I can make a video, there's just so much to see and look at. Thanks for taking a look

Hey I recognize your name! Your derelict APC (among other plots) is part of the shopping and living experience at Starlight Commons! One of my favorite level 3 buildings ;-) There's so much to see, a bit of junk, a bit of posh, a nuka cola motel, and lots of people just trying to make their way in the commonwealth!

It does look posh! Especially with the signs and the green trees you added, makes the place vibrant. The Nuka Hotel is majestic!

Yes, that's mine Warchild's at level 3 will get a special guard to live on top of the APC as soon as I get better at making npc's move around where they should ...

I personally donated much of my caps into making sure the landscaping is top notch and attracts more vendors to the area, haha

I have full confidence that you'll do just as good a job on Warchild as you do everything else!
