The city plans that come with SS2 are just level 1, right? Is there anything we need to do with them? They should already have power set up, right?

You might have to fiddle with the settings before you start the plan going to get them to power themselves (there's holotape options that depend on whether or not you have F4SE), or run power cabling yourself if need be, but yeah they're pretty much good to go. Only the single 'level' though, and quite basic in terms of decoration etc, but definitely quite functional. All the ones I've personally used have had Caravan Plots in there by default, too, although I'm told the Outpost Zimonja one might not?

So if I put a communication plot up in a settlement with a city plan, should I remove the radio tower?
Sure, the Comms Plot effectively counts as a recruitment beacon, although with a higher rate of bringing in the Unique Settlers. (at least it says it does, have not tested to confirm)

@Rayhne Are people posting their SS2 settlements? yes, if you build it and want to share it go for it.

Sure, there's a few threads already going over in the "SS2 Discussion" subforum if you want to show off and/or ask for further suggestions.
I was actually going to do a "video walkthrough tour" of my own Sanctuary setup once I get everything back up to decent levels (restarted again to test a few things once more)

Thanks, that's what I was wondering. I have a couple settlements that are working out pretty well.
