Solved Ss2 for ss1

Good afternoon my follow friends, my question is that I'm on xbox one with only ss2 in my mod list two problems I'm having are the game will crash around built up areas and the city planning desk dose not work, I chose a leader pick a plan my camera will fly in the air and zoom around but nothing happens no built get built noting even if I leave the place for a few days the city board will say lvl2 but nothing changed? So am I unable to uninstall ss2 for ss1 with starting the game over?? Thank you for your time and sorry about my grammar

If you want to switch from SS1 to SS2 then, yes you would need to start a new game.
