Ss2 chapter 2 not working

New on here! Iv been playing ss for a long time and with the new fallout4 update it's damaged the mod and won't let you load it please save it soon I play on xbox series x

It has something to do with the new update I just loaded the game and the entire mods list was reset and ss2 dosen’t whant to reinstall keep getting the operation could not be completed and get kicked out of the mods page the second I try to install ss2 chapter 2 and the first chapter was a nightmare to install and that is being polite not going to even try chapter 3 I think I might clear the mods list and saved data and play Skyrim until things cool off or are sorted

And mod space is reading -739536907 B

xbox / console. Keep posting about your issues and what you see. This thread is linked to the support discord.

That said, the team is aware of the updated game and expected issues.

So, all I can say is hold tight. As of now, it will be a process that has no ETA, but the team does care, so let's see how progress goes. :friends

Same here, it also turns out they didn't increase the mod storage limit on XSX. Would just play on PC but the last time I did that things got really slow when settlements got big, so I'd rather do it on the XBOX.

I lost my playthrough and character was on.Just got into ch3.All favorites were whipped in Library.It shows featured mods at top and all three of kinggaths SS2 are up there but unable to download any mods.When I try it kicks me back to continue/Load saved game screen

Yeah same I can't even open the chapter 2 download page and it kicks me out of the mod tab and just says operation could not be complete

My test isn't going too great! It seems freezes of old are still around. On Xbox my recommendation is about to become simply not to build settlements at all and experiment with mods like America Rising 2 where you don't need settlements. Apparently someone at Bethesda got so obsesses with FPS that they forgot about making sure the game ran at all first.

It also freezes when trying to save in or leave Vault 88 after clearing out the east sector.

I am officially giving up on SS2 on XSX for the time being. After moving my capital to The Castle I started moving NPCs there and at 25 the problem migrated there. Like at Sanctuary, I had also built one plot for each class of recreation, commercial, and municipal plots as they are available at the end of Chapter 1. I suspect the problem to be SS2 related due to a bad plot or NPC crashing things wherever they are, but to be fair I am starting a new game with the goal of doing as little as possible with settlements in general. I'll be playing AR2 with FCOM so hopefully that is more fun than endless crashes and stutters.
