Question SS1 + Rise of the Commonwealth - CTD at Sanctuary Hills

Hi guys,

When walking through Sanctuary Hills, I get a CTD with the following crash log. Can anyone help me?

I've already done the following:

• Used LOOT to resolve any load order issues
• Run WyreBash to ensure there aren't any conflicts
• Run Fallrim to ensure the save files are clean
• Cleaned all of the mods using FO4Edit
• Modified the INI files with the SS1 performance tips under Papyrus
• All executibles are up-to-date including Fallout 4 itself (Steam verified), FO4SE, and each of the mods listed in the crash log
