so I've been having a little issue. Whenever I try to donate materials to my settlements 9/10 times they deny them. I tried watching videos and tweaking some settings but nothing works. Help ples!!

They might not need them! What is the percentage scrap collected to next level showing? If its high, they dont need them.

Depending on what you are trying to donate, there are some other possibilities too. Items added by other mods won't be recognised, and consumables have a maximum stockable level depending on population.
