Bug Some leaders unassigned after city plan patch

So after the new city plan pack of the contest plans was updated with the Hangmans and Jamaicas plans, some leaders, Preston and Sturges that I have noticed now, have been unassigned from their post. When I return to their assigned settlements a notice pops up that for example Preston has been assigned as the leader and then scrap settlement popup comes and as I say Yes(plan has been unselected as well), it scraps the settlement and builds a new one. It only affected some that I have seen but it still is weird and annoying, as all the progress that has gone into cities upgrade goes with this issue. I hope it does not persist.

I found its a pathing issue to the city planner desk in my game, if i move the city planner desk to somewhere that the mayor can get to easier it stops happening. Or in the case of Abernathy i drop a brahmin feeding trough around the corner so the brahmin stops blocking the doorway.

One thing i found which may help, even if you put the desk where it looks accessible, when you assign someone to the desk if they make the comment "I cant get there" even though they get assigned, they usually will become unassigned if you leave for the city for a while. Use the town gavel to summon everyone to where you place the desk, assign the mayor to desk and listen for the comment the mayor says
