Power Armor Animation Changes - Jump in and out of PA fast.
No More PA Battery Pathing - No need for a long overblown thumping it in.
Power Armor Voiced Operating System - It just adds a bit of flavor that is quite excellent. We should have an AI companion that is in out Power Armor.
Power Armor Ownership Fix (no more stealing) - I didnt think this was that necessary till a settler hopped in my PA - I got them out and got in myself 'stealing' it and Sanctuary started shooting at me.
