Hey, so, when i was recently building in the castle, i noticed that i had a tremendous energy consumption (175-177 in total).
And when i tested around a bit, i noticed that was all because of a single scrapyard plot. When i removed it, my consumption went down to normal levels again(to 38-39, so thats 136-139 energy for a single scrapyard).
I doubt that this is not a bug,right?
Any ideas how to fix it?
Tried to refeshing the plot, reloading, and restarting the game so far.

a ton of other mods;
sim settlements 3 in 1;
2 or 3 ss addon packs;
There is a bug where scrapyards won't build before i leave the settlement for a while
(other plots work fine);
I have a scrapyard in another settlement, that has a normal energy consumption,
but doesnt produce scrap.
