My SimTower guests only use the GenericNPCFaction, except Fred who also has the DeaconForeshadowFaction.
For Utilities all my guards use: GenericNPCFaction, WorkshopNPCFaction, and PlayerFriendFaction.
The Minutemen Guards also use: MinutemenFaction and MinutemenDialogueFaction.
The Brotherhood Guards also use: BrotherhoodofSteelFaction, BoSGenericNPCFaction, and BoSPatrollerConvoFaction.
The Railroad Guards also use: RailroadFaction and RailroadGenericNPCFaction.
The Institute Guards also use: InstituteFaction and SynthFaction.
The Utilities Brahmin use: DomesticAnimalFaction, BrahminFaction, and PlayerFriendFaction.
I designed the Dogs to be suspicious of SynthSettler faction (Cant recall the correct name) so that might explain their attitude to RR.
The only weird thing I ever noticed was the Dogs will sometimes aggro Caravan Guards but only if they fall behind the Caravan and start running to catch up to it.
Seems there may be something other than factions that control Hostility, Like Racial settings or a keyword.
So after wandering the wasteland I thought I finally find a place in this settlement could finally rest, and hopefully eat. At first I'd recommend this place to anyone.. but read on:
Pros: Great rooms, bigger and better than the usual sleeping bags or dirty mattress I'd find here and there. The town even has some defenses against the super mutants who killed my brother, kicked my dog, and stole my wife last year.
Cons: I appreciate the wake-up service, but waking up to dogs chewing my feet off ain't fun. And no room service to speak of! And this guy above me won't stop boinking his sexdoll!!
