SimHomestead not loading

Just upgraded to 3.1.1 on SimSettlements and 4.6 on SimHomestead, and when I started back up it seems like SimHomestead is not loading. I got a warning that the .esp was missing, but just thought it was a bug in FO4, but then none of the building plans were there.

I am using NMM and have tried re-installing the mod several times.

Manual Installation

1. Download and install 7-zip.
2. Visit the Sim Settlements mod page and click DOWNLOAD (MANUAL) button.
3. Extract the files using 7-zip and place them in your steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data directory.
4. Enable Sim Settlements mod:
   • via the Plugins list in Nexus Mod Manager,

And replace Sim Settlements with SimHomestead in the above instruction.

Yeah, you should be good -- I did a "Preview File Contents" on the SimHomestead v4.6 and it shows the .esp in the contents.

I usually have the best luck doing a Download via NMM, then right-clicking on prior v ersion and "delete mod in all profiles" under NMM, and then click install mod green checkmark.

Same for me. I've spied on NMM file actions the last month or so, and each time I delete the old version (from within NMM) before installing the new version, it has worked very well.
