Settlers Stop Building New Plots, Even After City Refresh

I’ve been having an interesting bug where settlers will stop placing any new plots. I have options like realistic build times disabled and resource requirements are off, but I receive no notifications of any houses or other plots being built. This is a new save and my first city using the mod, sanctuary using Codsworth as leader.

I went through a lot of these posts and several solutions pointed towards refreshing local data from the tools menu, then refreshing the city using the city manager’s desk. I have done so a couple times now. Every time I do so, houses begin getting placed as if the issue is resolved. But this only lasts a short time. Eventually new plots either stop getting placed or they are all built but when a new settler comes now they won’t build anything. It’s almost like there is a brief window of time after the city refresh where plots start getting built before they stop again.

Hoping someone can help, love the mod and really want to be able to not have to keep refreshing the city to get new plots to show.

Downgrade back to 3.4.6a thats the only version that works for me, also delete esl script mods you are not using or even plans that are not in use.

Thanks very much for the suggestion that did the trick. I went back to 3.4.6a and then reassigned a city leader and basically let the whole process start fresh. Due to the issue it was hard to tell if it was working right away since after a refresh the plots always got built for a little while, but sure enough while I was playing the game doing other stuff I got that awesome notification that a settler had started building a house back in Sanctuary! Thanks Again!

Not a problem just a temporary solution, until the sim settlements team can figure out what is going on with 3.5.0.

Sounds like the bug I just fixed via the 3.5.0a hotfix. Still getting it uploaded to Bethesda.net, but the Nexus version is live now!

I installed the hotfix. Jumped to Diamond City, get one message after the other, that Buildings are completed, than the game crashes to Desktop. Every time, can't Play anymore, pls help!

Never mind: I found a Workaround.
1. I went to this site and did the .ini Thing https://simsettlements.com/web/wiki/index.php?title=Performance
2. I reloaded the last save and every 5 Messages I saved the game
3. Every 20 Messages (I have 15 Settlements, 11 of them automatic, all of the 11 stalled) I left the game and restartet.
Took me a while, but now it seems to run
