Old Post Settler leader mod

As you can designate a settler to be a supplier, why not delegate any settler to be the city leader.
This would be a benefit for us lone wonderers, who would like to use auto build with Sim Settlements.
No more need for looking for a companion. Just pick a city plan(if available) and pick a settler to lead the construction. Bethesda mod would be nice, just a thought for the modders.

A bunch of these exist already. Most of them turn unique settlers into City leader candidates.
