Hey SS community,
Need some advice. I'm trying to get sim settlements working with just the most basic load order to get the auto Rotc settlements going. Ive tried a few different saves now with different attempts to fix the crashing. It starts happening when i get sanctuary or any other settlement to Level 1. Crashing around sanctuary is more common and repeatable but it can happen anywhere randomly. The only crash that is fully repeatable is the cutscene for upgrading sanctuary to Level 2. I never build at Red Rocket or Abernathy to avoid the Triangle. Type of crashes include right to desktop, load screen freeze, and freeze on approach to sanctuary (i have to sign out of my windows profile to exit the game) and are pretty frequent unless im in a dungeon somewhere. Mods are installed through Vortex. Heres my attempts on each different fresh save:
1. Load order just HUD framework 1.0f and then Sim Settlements 3-in-1 4.2.9a with the Papyrus ini changes. Used 'Ultra Settings' in SS wizard.
2. Same as before except: Uninstalled High Res Texture Pack. Installed Script Extender, and Baka ScrapHeap because i heard that could help. Placed baka at the end of the load order. Used 'High Settings' in SS wizard instead of ultra. No change observed in the crashing.
3. Same as 2 except: Reinstalled fallout 4 to an SSD instead of an HDD. Installed the unofficial fallout 4 patch thinking that could help. Placed before HUD framework 1.0f in load order. Set Fallouts standard graphic settings to high instead of ultra. Also reduced the threads in SS performance options to 5, although i dont know much about that option and it didnt seem to do anything was just following a previous thread.

I feel like theres something simple im missing here since ive seen people with worse specs getting way farther than me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
