Hard choice but I think I'll vote for Nigaud. Much like Holy Sanctuary (that I'm currently using and probably asking for trouble cause no CC) makes Sanctuary better than Quincy, this looks like Bradberton in its better days. Harlowneeve is probably the only one not falling in the "pc melter" category, and looks great. Veelynnlove's is impressive and it does look like a ton of work went into that skyscraper. I want to stick a million wallpapers on its interiors and see how that looks.

I know that Holy Sanctuary has caused a lot of problems for users who didn't have the Creation Club content, I'm sorry about that.
I thought I would take it back one day to correct the defaults but at home it works very well and I have to motivate myself because I don't like to go back on my plans, when I do I feel like changing everything.
 
All designs are great. I was really impressed by Veelynnlove's design, it looks amazing and it must have been an immense amount of work to complete! That said, I have to vote for Nigaud's just because it feels cozy and I'd choose that one to actually live in. I'm so torn on this decision, wish I could vote for both!
