Excellent work!!
I liked how there's a spot in UNDRCVRGmrLdy's build called Power Tom's because there's a radio host on CBC called Tom Power (his real name) who's a great guy. :D

I will ask this here as I am sure the authors of the City Plans will be keeping an eye on the voting. I ASSUME (and I know the old Benny Hill skit about that word) all of the videos show the level three plots of the build! What do they look like with the levels 1 & 2 plots or do they auto build to level 3 like WG's City Plan Pack? Other than that GREAT work and major KUDOS to each author for AMAZING City Plans! And I will say it right here that my vote went to (hold for Dramatic effect) to be continued.... AND THE WINNER OF MY VOTE IS..... UNDRCVGmrLdy! While all three entries are visually stunning as always. The color saturation and amount of clutter in both Nigaud and Veelynnlove's City Plan did not work well on my potato PC on a test profile I have setup to test City Plans. I hope in the future to be able to build a better PC that can handle even Karvoc's City Plans (which when I tried one on my test profile my FPS dropped to 6!)

The plans increase in level when you have fulfilled the conditions, this is part of the competition rules.
Some authors offer the plans at each level separately.
Personally I offer it at level 3, I know there are impatient players.

I already fell in love with Nigaud's Mechanist Lair the minute I first saw it on Nexus and my jaw dropped multiple times over. Did not even think it was possible to build something THAT authentic to what the mechanist's lair would have canon evolved into anyway. The only thing that stopped me from using it were all the extra addons for just one place and my loading times are terrible enough already as is. I'll probably use it on my next PC build/upgrade cycle tho since I intend to give FO4 its own SSD drive at this pt

You guys are all way crazier and more talented than I would ever be. The other two are nice too but they definitely come off as more Bioshock-like than Mechanist. Still, amazing work everyone

Thank you! Much appreciated! That's cool about the radio host!

That is what I thought. I just wanted to make sure. In the past I remember some of the authors doing a flyover/walk around of their City Plans Contest entries showing all three levels which I like. As I am (just like The Mariner of Deep DIve Gaming is doing in his "For Science" YouTube) trying to do an organic playthrough of FO4 and SS2's storyline and seeing all three levels of a City Plan helps me decide which plan I might use (as my PC is a potato and many plans are just way to big visually and in size.) And let me tell you it is fricking hard to do an organic playthrough due to the amount of materials needed to even start a city plan let alone upgrade the plots!

I believe flyovers in ML are problematic - if not impossible - that's why you shouldn't get one, then building the plan either

I am sure that due to it's size and being an interior space it might be problematic to do a fly through but, I do know they are not impossible as many City Plan Content Authors in the past have provided a fly/walk around view of their contest entries at level 1, level 2 and level 3 all the way back to last year and further back. Further I believe you misunderstood my post as I am not trying to do a fly around I wanted the authors to do a fly around or walk around at each level of their plan and that is NOT IMPOSSIBLE as it will take awhile for all plots in a settlement to be ready to update from level 1 to 2 and the same goes from level 2 to 3 so they have more than enough time to walk, fly or crawl around the settlement to get the videos.
