Ok with the latest version of WSFW I've been having the problem of the settlement scrapping meter never going away. It hits 100% before everything is gone, everything does get scrapped but the meter remains at 100% even after the build meter appears and builds the settlement then goes away. Using the tools command to force close the meters has no effect, only way I've found to get rid of the meter is to save, exit to DT and restart the game. Any Ideas? Thanks.
