Question Scraping an city plan.

Hi sorry if this has been asked before. But I'm playing a new Conquer walkthrough and using premade city maps and I just took over Starlight as an outpost, but the build level is maxed out I know I can make it bigger or let the game ignore the limit but was wondering if I was to scrap the settlement and start again would there be any adverse effects?


I tried it and lost the left side of the Conq, UI. I'm playing with Horizons which thus far has not had any issues and I'm able to mix and match in other settlements, it's not that I don't like the city plan I just wanted to make it more of a purpose built outpost.

Should be safe to scrap the city plan.

if HUD dosnt come back maybe go to diamond city and just wait there 30 mins for scripts to catch up.
