Sanctuary plan

Wanted to know if there were any large and complex settlement plans for sanctuary. In every other playthrough I have built settlements from the ground up, but this time, since I can ask the leader to do it for me, I'd like to sit back and watch the settlement develop into a prospering city that rivals diamond city. Unfortunately the city plans in the mod seem to be small (unless im doing something wrong, in which case please tell me). Does anyone have a recommendation for an add on to the mod which offers a large sanctuary city?

First off, wrong section of the forum. This is just for contests.

As for your question;
1. Do you only see the "Basics" city plans?
2. Do you have "Rise of the Commonwealth for SS2" installed?
If the answer to both is yes, then you need to enable leveled city plans in the holotape for the large ones to show up for selection. This is disabled by default so only the basic city plans show up for selection.
Most issues I've had with these mods can be answered by simply taking a second look through the holotape settings.
