[ROTC] Settler numbers for ROTC cities

Any chance of a spoiler list of settler numbers by settlement?

I'm playing in VR so I don't get to use the new HUD info that came with 3.1.2. I know what level my cities are and I can see my needs meters through the city manager holotape, but I have no idea how many settlers I need to fill all the ROTC job plots.

I added a bit to the build in Sanctuary so I might need to put on some charisma gear and send some more people there. Likewise any town that needs more people than my CHR+10

We're putting together that information for the Wiki, I'm not sure on turnaround time yet though.

I think Sanctuary is the only one that requires more than 20 settlers.

Cheers, I'll be patient. My confederation has plenty to grow yet before I need worry about filling all plots :) Thanks for your tireless work, this is fantastic.

Is there some sort of function to automatically cut off recruitment after the limits for the city plan are reached? I thought I remembered something like that, but with Hangman's Alley, I noticed that settlers beyond the 9 seemingly planned for in the city showed up.

City Manager Holo > Option > Gameplay > Recruitment

You can control beacon recruitment by limiting numbers to the city plan (on by default for me), or you can limit the number of unemployed (default 2). I'm guessing you can tweak these for individual settlements too.

The problem is that City Plan Limit is On, but the settlement recruited beyond that anyway. I also seem to have 10 beds, rather than the 9 the plan apparently calls for, with the number at one point fluctuating between 9 and 11 in workshop mode.
Not sure if that's some result from having set to "Random" rather than "Designer's Choice"; it's possible the former might've made a mess of things.
