Question (RoTC) Crash on Fast Travel to Sanctuary & Red Rocket

As per the Crash on Settlement Guide I'm making a bug report of a potential memory overload.
As the title suggests when I fast travel to either Sanctuary or Red Rocket (Both using the RoTC City Builder), I can move around for a few seconds before the game CTD. Approaching the settlements by foot doesn't cause any crashes. Additionally both of these settlements are just the base RoTC provided City Plans at level 1, I haven't added any additional settlement objects. I'll be looking into the Performance Guide should it continue. Trying just placing down Fast Travel mats for now.

if you still can load your save , remove extra stuff you have inside the workbenches if you have any, this puts extra strain to the game, only leave raw materials, if you're on PC and youre away from the settlements try using the commands "tai" and "tcl" when approaching see if it helps with the CTD, then remove the items I mentioned.

Also I always try to stay away from building in sanctuary and red rocket , if you're on PC the mod "PaladinBailey RedRocket" might help with your crash if you don't mind precombining the area of Red Rocket and Concord.

I've lowered my settings to High from Ultra, I also don't have much in the Workshops since I've been dumping all my junk into upgrading the cities. Even with the fast travel mat being at the bridge, I still crash on fast travel.

I'm working on narrowing down a CTD so just for grins please try these two possibles fixes:

Method 1) IF you do have auto assignment turned on, turn it off and then fast travel in.

Method 2) Try approaching on foot then switch to flying(tcl) and at max sighting distance select a couple settlers and use the console to kill them. Then try that fast travel. If the initial two don't stop the CTD, try 4 of em. Doing that (4) at SH stopped my CTD.

IF either (or both) of those methods work then please let us know.

I'll give it a shot when it starts happening again, Sanctuary just got to Level 2 which moved the warp mat closer to the settlement but managed to not crash upon fast travel.
