Question Residual plot decorations after deleting plot

So, a couple days ago, I rearranged my home settlement and removed some of the Sim Settlements plots. For the most part, the stuff on the plot eventually removed, but some didn't... Mostly things from industrial plots - the top of a windmill, pile of metal, scavenging station, etc. Some of my settlers are getting stuck on these random things, and I can't remove them myself in workshop mode. Is there any other thing I can do to remove them? Can provide screenshots if requested.
