Question removing this quest

i would like to know if there is a way to remove ''city manager : tracking'' from your quest in the pipe boy anyone know how to do it ?

But, if you want to turn if off. You need to go into the city manager holotape - tools -tracking settlement. And turn off all the options in there. Or at least that's what I did to see how its done.

why ? simply cause i like when everything look clean and don't want to get stuff that i don't use but thanks for reply
