Shouldn't be Somerville Place OR Warwick Homestead?
Hmm... Perhaps there is time left to do both!?

Hi... since both of these settlements contain children, who can't be assigned to SS Plots, whats the rule on population? can u go 16 at Warwicks or 17 at Somerville? - or do we include the children in the city plan, by making them some vanilla crops to farm?...

In Warwick, They are initially farming when you arrive, so you can leave them as such as it will affect your food score up top. However, if you do what I did and remove the local crops just to place them elsewhere, you may break their harvesting all together which will affect the food total. There is a command line option to force them back into harvesting that was provided to me, however I am not sure if you can force them to work a plot. I have a normal settler for an agri plot and any others for in ground/normal harvesting. My settler number is set to 15.

So, if you stick with some normal crops with wally and Jane harvesting, then follow the rules for the remainder of the plots you may not have to worry about settler numbers. Unless, KG and Co. allow it otherwise.

I also removed the children from Somerville by Iztari, since they where not specified to have to be included in the count.
