Question Raider Recruits spawning with Jammer in it for the money quest

This is not a question but something I found out from testing the conquer mod, in one of my old saves that I trashed if I were to meet Jammer at the beginning of the game. which starts the quest in it for the money but I don't complete it right away and leave for a few in game days. S I noticed when I come back to complete the quest after killing Garvey and the quincy group that Jammer has a bunch of raider recruits with him. Which will become hostile if you kill Jammer but after killing them they go back to being tagged with normal raider names. At first I thought it was a bit odd since he was always alone in the previous versions. But I assumed it was update to the mod so Jammer wouldn't be an easy mark to kill if you betray him since he brought back up.
But running the same quest again on a new game failing the in it for the money quest line, along with failing when freedom calls which causes the quest to get stuck on my pipboy. I also noticed that Jammer is there by himself instead of having a crew with him. The issue is similar to how if you don't do the quest fire support for too long there is a chance, when you finally decide to do that quest. Danse will get stuck on the " there are hostiles in the area." dialogue even though you already killed all the ghouls that get spawned in.

I just saw a bunch of raiders hanging out with Jammer even though I hadn't talked to him yet after doing the Museum. There's quite a few. I haven't seen that before. Usually they only start appearing after the Mart or later.
