Raider recruits became hostile

I have killed Jared, Red Tourette and Tower Tom, but now I have a problem conquering the first settlement. Right after I do, all of the raiders become hostile and the quest "In It For the Money" doesn't complete, nor does it advance (Help Jammer (or Don't))

If your raiders are turning hostile, this is likely due to either Sim Settlements not being on the correct version. I'd recommend rolling back to before you did the attack, and manually installing the 4.0.0 patch of Sim Settlements.
