Question about v-sync on or off

I was just wondering if playing the game with v-sync off with the frame-rate caped at 60fps using Riva tuner interferes with the sripts?

IIRC, the v-sync checkbox in the vanilla launcher does nothing. You need to edit Fallout 4.ini to adjust the frame rate. (can't remember the setting name) I don't know about AMD, but many have reported that using nVidia's adaptable v-sync feature helps smooth out some of the game's stuttering. Google will be your friend here. I know I have read several reddit posts on this over the years.
