Solved Question about City Plans in Conqueror and Suggestion on Plans

I'm making an Xbox playthrough to use Sim Settlements alongside Conqueror not for the Raider quest, but so I can get the independent Settlements that exist irregardless of the player, however I was wondering a few things. I was initially planning on using Rise of the Commonwealth for the added city plots, but after having to get rid of the 315 mb Sim Settlements Lite for the now shrunk down Sim Settlements Core at 430 mbs, I was hoping to see if I could avoid the needed MBs for the RotC autonomy I don't necessarily plan to use myself by using standalone city plans, such as the monthly contest winner packs. If any of these plots have add-ons that have plots I do not own, say for example it needs the Slocum Joe CC that I do not have, or an add-on like Logistics Station which I would not have installed at start up, will the plots simply not be placed at all, or will it instead be replaced by another plot I do own, or a plot from vanilla? Are there any mostly vanilla city plans anyone know of that they could recommend for the towns, or at least any city plans that use relatively fewer or smaller sized add-ons?

Edit: Decided since I had spare time to just go through with a set up without RotC and see if it works, and yes it does, settlements work just fine and the community city plans activate perfectly fine.

For anyone reading this, as of 4.0.6, building the RotC city plans without RotC is no longer possible - it was a bug that you could at all. Doing so can cause tons of crashing as you'd be missing all of the custom assets we included with RotC for those CPs.

To answer the other question - yes it will auto-replace building plans that you don't have.
