[Quest] Sanctuary - Unable to complete

Hi, I got the Sanctuary quest and after I used the mod for Sanctuary and at the foundation level, I got the progress of the quest up to the security stage.

However the quest tracker states to talk to Surges, stating I already have 100% defense, but when I do I just have the trade option only.

I tried sleeping, I tried fast travel out and back. I tried manually placing a turrent. Nothing.

Try to scrap some turrets or unnasign any defender to see if % drops. If that happen, rebuild or reassign whatever until 100% is reached, and try to talk to Sturges again

I was able to "solve" it by going back a few saves before I started the simsettlemet, and then did the quest.

I also encountered a weird bug that mamma Murphy was buzzing. But not now with my old save.

It’s recommended to complete that quest before starting the City Plan for Sanctuary BUT I and many others have successfully completed it afterwards. The natural progression of the creation of resources through the city plan will usually satisfy the quest requirements.
