Quest "Is There a Doctor in the House" not started

G'Day folks,

Every other main quest for Chapter Two has started, except for Is There A Doctor In The House. Every time I approach Mansfield to trigger the quest, I don't get the option. Is there some way to get the Quest to start, so I can complete it and be able to finish the last Quest when I get to the part that needs Cassandra?

Nevermind. It finally fired up after I got either all the 15 staff, or the power requirements for the Engineering department. So, I suspect it was a simple case of a prerequisite had not been met.
