After the quest Scavver's delight, Well Well Well takes some time to actually trigger. The wiki does not show that info. Im not sure the exact time it takes though

I don't know how many days it is. In the previous quest, Jake gives you the miscellaneous quest to find more ASAMS at West Everett Estates, and that you are free to do some other quests, like hand in the locket at Abernathy so I suspect it's several.

Well (well.. well), Jake does tell you now's a good time to do your thing, check up on settlements and do some random stuff. Maybe put a bullet in a bald guy or something. Personally I'd rather go and do the next quest already but it's good for people who just started with the mod. For everyone else, 2-3 days of sweet sweet sleep does wonders.
