Public Beta 2.3.1

I've had that since my first time playing SS2. For whatever reason the settlers and visitors in Sanctuary will mostly collect around one particular plot. Usually an industrial plot, and usually one of the internal type. Not everyone, usually about 60-70% or so, but most. Starlight too, but there it's one of the commercial plots. At Sunshine Tidings and Abernathy it's the same - majority around one particular commercial plot. Haven't really noticed it at any of the other settlements.
I noticed that settlers just love the radio and will collect around an industrial plot with one instead of a "bar" which dosent have. However, in Sanctuary they love to hang behind the house with the workshop so this is where I built a bar... but as dumb as they are, they din't fall for it and most of the time they just walk aimlessly like Concord inhabitants or worst, stay there immobile. This is why I stay away from industrials plots which have a radio.

I'd been having the same issue as other users with 2.3.0a regarding resources and caps not adding each day (although costs were still subtracting where applicable). Only 2 settlements active, Vault 88 and the Castle, with the Castle only having a caravan plot. Downloaded the V3 beta, ran both resource recalculation tools, slept for 24 hours, and resources and caps began ticking over again. I didn't count resources individually, as Vault 88 has something like 14 industrial plots, but the numbers generated seem to be about where they should be. Whatever changes were made in the beta solved the problems for me.

I did finally get access to the beta, and I am glad to see that an ASAM does go to the workbench now after using Destroy Plot.

One thing I noticed last night that I don't recall seeing before I installed the Beta involves unique settlers. The ones added by SS2 (I've seen this from Audra and a few others) no longer really interact with me after their quests are done and they're assigned to a settlement. I can assign them to a plot or send them to another settlement, but when I actually talk to them I don't get any options to trade with them, to change outfits or weapons or anything like that. I also noticed that I can't pickpocket (or reverse pickpocket) them either. Not sure if it was like this before or not, but I noticed it now because of the second case.

I've also got Recruitable Settlers by Socharis installed, and after I installed the Beta whenever I run into one of the settlers that I've already recruited I get the initial "Do you want to come work for me?" dialog again. Doesn't seem to affect anything regardless of what I do - they're still showing as assigned to the settlement and whatever plots I assigned them to, and offering them a job at the same settlement doesn't change anything (although now that I think about it I haven't tried telling the individual to go to a different settlement.... have to try that and see what happens). So more of a "well, that's weird" kind of thing than anything game breaking. Although I have to admit I get a chuckle out of the one ghoul girl who exclaims "Oh crap, it's you again!" every time I run into her.
