Solved Preston and Sturges always running after RotC settlement setup

[Excessive Paranoia]

Basically I can't get these two to stop running everywhere just like they do during the cinematic cutscene. Its been a couple of in-game days and I've saved / reloaded more than a few times and they are still stuck in this mode. Is there any way to bring them back to normal walking?

It was... ended up clearing itself up after leaving traveling away 3-4 times far enough that the cell would reload.
