Built a Scrapyard at the Slog and Pre-Selected Tech Salvage. When I later returned it had upgraded to a Crusher instead of Scrap Processing, but I didn't register this error at the time. I noticed first when it finally upgraded to Hazmat Processing.
Thinking I might have Pre-Selected the wrong path, I scrapped the plot and built a new one. Again Pre-Selecting Tech Salvage and just as before later finding that it had again incorrectly upgraded to a Crusher.
I have the latest versions of 3-in-1 + conquest + mega pack installed.
