Potential CTD issue from Tiny Living industrial plot?

Not sure if this should be posted here or in the addon section but here's my thing. I've had CTDs in Far Harbor (notably Visitor Center and Echo Lake) immediately after travelling to a settlement that just built a 1x1 industrial plot. After going back in time and removing it seems completely fixed. Pretty sure that happened in other settlements as well (Castle, Sanctuary, otherwise stable Sunshine Tidings) where I used it, seems to be a specific plot but not sure which one. Not all of my mods might be up to date but I believe it happened before as well.
In Visitor Center I've built like 5 of them next to each other and a SS2 rec plot.
In Echo Lake it's 2 industrial plots on the roof, one (machine parts) built with no problems, another had no settler so I sent another there and got CTD after it completed and fast travel.
Not sure if this issue comes from the mod but my experience tells me that it is.. Been using SS2 for a long time and things seem stable now pretty much everywhere. Otherwise I love all the little things, especially the op 6 people corner bunk I've used a lot.
Mod order:
Workshop Framework
SS2
SS2 Apocalyptic Additions
SS2 Tiny Living
HUD Framework
VIvid Fallout all in one
Peace between the 4 factions or no main quest
Cheat terminal xbox one
XB1 Awful Wardrobe
XB1 Submersible power armor (disabled)
SS2 Vault tec tools
SS2 Wasteland ventures interiors only
Place Anywhere

Hi. My first try would be to get all mods up to date along with rearranging your load order (how do you do that on Xbox anyway?).

Workshop framework and HUD framework go before the SS2 add-on. Then all the additional SS2 add ons.
Also I'd recommend to use the unofficial fallout 4 patch. I think SS2 does play nicer with it.

Thanks for the reply! That's the big question isn't it xd
Unofficial patch just messes all my assignments up for some reason... Maybe it works different on PC. I've decided to never use it anymore even if it means several settlements loading at once and their happiness dropping or whatever it's supposed to fix. Idk about mod order, everything else works just fine except for apparently 1 or 2 plots that break it.
