I ended up doing that perfect ending so that the RR Bos and MM are all friendly with each other and do react accordingly, I reccomend this ending above all else because it make that revenge/Justice so so so so so much more sweeter!

Has anyone else done this? Does it affect the game negatively ? Was this planned in the game for them all to be positive together?
The gunners are going to have a bad day when I ask the RR, MM, And BOS for help lol
Burman: What army
Soul Survivor: Do you know what and who I am, I'm the general of the Minute Men, A knight of the BOS, and dont forget Part Of the RailRoad
Burman: oh....that army.

While I can't speak for the SS2 team I can say that it seems like they really tried to plan for every variation the player could do. Every step of the SS2 story blows me away with how well thought out it is. I myself was friendly with all the factions you listed and able to ask them for help without issues.

Technically that's not the ending, and once you're in the ending territory, there's no "perfect" one without mods. But when you're at that point where everyone is recruitable, yeah, it's pretty sick.

To me, immersive wise Nate/Nora are going to concentrate on finding their son and taking care of all that before worrying tooo much about setting up settlements, so I wont start the SS2 stuff until after I do that this time. Personally I like to remain friendly with the RR, but get rid of everybody else because eventually the MM will be fighting BoS anyway because they have several differences I dont think they will over come.

? Does it affect getting assistance with the brotherhood?

You can achieve this "perfect" ending with no mods. The only reason its considered perfect is because it isnt lore or game breaking and allows you to continue quests with the three factions. They all notice and respond accordingly because it was an intended ending in the game, just not one that is easily achievable. The only faction required to be destroyed for the other three to be at peace is The Institute.

It shouldn't affect anything AFAIK

Like I said before the SS2 team really went the extra mile and made sure that all possible player actions were accounted for. The earliest example is when you first meet Jake and he asks you to clear the raiders out of Concord. If you already saved Preston and crew down in Concord there is dialogue for the player telling Jake he already killed the raiders and Jake reacts accordingly.

When all else fails you can always just save your game and test things out yourself to see what happens. Science is fun.

You're right, I forgot about that. Can't call it perfect since the minutemen enter the institute from some sewer and destroy it. Folks couldn't make their own beds a week ago ffs. Other than that, yeah, you get peace with everyone left.

Honestly, the MM are the only group I really like, as they seem to the only ones who's agenda is selfless. Railroad are hellbent on saving synths, even though there is a quest for the Insttitute that shows how dangerous synths can be, and the Brotherhood basically hoard and use technology for their own selfish reasons under the guise of :"protecting humanity". The BoS, as far as I'm concerned, are nothing but a bunch of raiders with better tech and a command structure. Which leaves us with the Minutemen. They truly want to help and rebuild.
