PC - Multiple issues with quests (possible spoilers)

Hi All,

After the 2.2.2 patch I figured I'd see if some of the issues I've seen with some quests still exist. Here are ones I'm seeing:

Do Android Sheep Dream Of Electric Wolves - I can't place MILA's for Tinker Tom, as I already destroyed the Institute prior to getting the MILA quests, and he isn't giving them.

Just Lucky, I guess - I have the charm in my inventory, but the quest still is stuck on "Search for the Lucky Charm".

Looking for Yesterday - I completed this, and the only objective (Bring Overdue Books to Charles Baker) is now marked as complete, but the quest isn't going away.

Voice of the Commowealth, 1st edition - I found 2 of the 3 people to interview. I can't find Laney. I've never been able to find Laney.

Commonwealth Rising - After finishing the last objective, regarding power transfer stations/supply agreements, I am getting a radio call from Jake ever few minutes talking about being glad the power issues are fixed, then maybe we should try something more ambitious... The broadcast stops then. I got around this issue by finally travelling to HQ and talking to Jake directly and was able to get through the dialogue.

There are the ones I currently have in queue that have issues, everything else is either resolved or ok so far.

I have never tested that scenario, mostly because I never finish the vanilla faction stories these days.
Ideally, Hauer shouldn't show up if it is not possible to do Tinker Tom''s MILAs.

Yeah, Charles is still broken. I logged an issue report for his quest.

I retested this and Laney is present for me, so I can't replicate what's happening for you.
Laney is supposed to be at Oberland Station. I usually find her cooking.

HQ Radio - I love it, but it has troubles for many. Talking to Jake in person will often be the best solution for now.
I know KG is working on this, but don't have an ETA.
Sometimes, if you switch from 1st to 3rd person, or 3rd to 1st, it will break you out of the animation. Sometimes it doesn't. Fast travel is definitely another option.
You can also console command to break out if you don't want to change location

In Do Android Sheep Dream of Electric Wolves, Hauer had nothing to say in the meeting outside the gym, after I read 0M0R's tape. I setstage to 25 as suggested, but when I went to Tom, he had no quest progression. Perhaps because I had already exhausted all of the MILA missions. He only had normal vendor dialog, no quest. Waiting for Hauer to maybe come back with MILA analysis from the ones already deployed...

I don't think the quest is set up to detect that the MILAs have previously been placed.
Recommend for your issue that you make a save, then try console command:
setstage SS2_CharacterQuest_Hauer 30

In order to not start a new thread, also a problem I have with the latest version.

I can't hand in the robot to the Ventilator. The quest mark hovers over his head, but if I adress him, all I get is the trade dialogue.

Issue with Just Lucky I Guess: Killed the Scavver (well, he got aggroed in the crossfire of a gunner attack, so I was going to have to kill him anyway). No credit for killing him. I have the charm and the next step of going back to Bucky, but despite setstage to 75, 80, 85, no credit for killing the scavver. Quest marker still on him.

For Voice of the Commowealth, 1st edition, I had the same issue with Laney. She was still in her holding cell and never was in the game world. I teleported her to me using console commands to talk to her and complete the objective.

Another hiccup. Bitter Reclamation... the quest marker is just on me. And the raiders got killed without my input.
Sent me to Camp Kendall (raider setup at the river with gondola to tall building with a bed). I had just cleared it before meeting Isaiah. Killed the raiders again. No marker, no jewelry.

For Voice of the Commowealth, 1st edition, I had the same issue with Laney.

Had the same issue as well. No Laney, other two were fine. Oberland was built up, if that makes a difference.
