Fixed (PC) Building Plans no longer appear for Plot Types

I am currently experiencing an issue in all settlements where I seem to have lost the ability to choose any building plan for some (but not all) plot types. The only building plan available to me in these plot types is "Random", which will correctly build a random plan for the plot type. The issue began in The Slog after (I think) experiencing an error when choosing change skin and it brought up the building plan menu instead. I checked to make sure that nothing was blacklisted. I also reset the building plan cache in the holotape menu but it did not correct the problem. I used all of the cheats in the holotape menu, but it made no changes (though I had already used these cheats prior). I have fiddled around with the SS2 Menu, made many plots, removed 1 unattached instance with ReSaver, refreshed plots, shouted obscenities, added plans to blacklist and then removed them, left to do quests for an hour and returned but I've been unable to resolve the issue.

well, not really. I was never able to fix it so I started a new game and haven't experienced any problems so far. Thank you for the response!

I am having this problem too. I can't choose residential plot types. They seem to build when I assign a settler but I can't choose.

In the city manager holotape under tools, there should be an option like Reset Building Plan Cache. Use that. Your problem should be solved.
