Patch 3.5.1 is now live! Updates available for Sim Settlements, and Three-in-One.

- Implements the new game start up wizard that launches when you first load the holotape. Mad props to all the folks who participated in designing the simplified wizard!
- Reduces script data usage by 15 MB between the main mod and the complex City Plans.
- Begins the great cleanup project of City Plans, targeting making them more appealing to players using Maintenance Costs and eliminating most floating and poorly placed items. If you want to ensure City Plan bugs you've found are resolved over the coming months - be sure to report them here.

I don't know if its just me, but doing a Nexus mod search for "Sim Settlements" does not return the base mod; in the 5 pages of returned mods...

If you wait for the quick search to load in the search menu itself, it's the first result. I'll report this to Nexus staff - you'd think the main search would be MORE accurate than the quick search.

Thanks, thought I'd just bring it to your attention. Oh and thinking about it, I was doing a quick search initially and still got the no base mod returned...browser may impact the result maybe? I use Opera Browser...

Nexus staff tells me it depends on what the sort order you have is, for example, if you sort by Endorsements - it will be the first one.

Browser might impact the results, either way, it sounds like its out of my hands.

Thanks for the update.

I never thought of sorting by Endorsements...I was sorting by Date Updated.

Will this conflict with Clean settlements mod (Bethesda PC)
It does not conflict. Though using the City Plans probably won't work well with the Clean Settlements mod if it wipes out buildings.
