Did you do the Science Research project at HQ:
yes. all the research completed and I can create mk 2 asams
going to try and find an old enough save to try it again
I went back to an older save, but still didn't get the option to upgrade plots to mk 2 asams. I can make solar reflectors and I can do atomic rain strikes. One thing I think I noticed is that Magnusson says he left something in my quarters, but I don't see anything there. I did already find the euclid in the police station much eariler in the game.
