Patch 3.3.0 - HQ 3.0 is live now!

I didn't see this and started a new game. I'm pretty much almost where I left off. Of course now I'm experience the 999/1000 scrap and scrap logistics bug. I downloaded the latest update to the All Chapters pack, 3.3.3, but it didn't make a difference. I have another issue where Greentop Nursery had only the original 2 settlers after several days even with a transmitter connected. They built a lot but all the stats except population and food were at 0. I wound up adding settlers using USO's NPC tab in the workshop and assigning them to Greentop. I used a 2022 contest finalist plan "Simply Settled Greentop" and made one of the settler owners the mayor. Greentop is also not in the supply chain according to the map. They do have a caravan plot.

It's almost not a bug, just a quirk with the display (as Kinggath said in his videos). Of course it'd probably make it harder to find out what you're actually missing. Are you on 3.3.2 or later version now?
For more scrap logistics, I'd suggest using administration dept policy that gives 50% extra of them (takes 5 of their energy so probably doable with just 1 worker). Then 1 or 2 supply agreements should do it.
Is that caravan plot manned? Settlers spawned with other mods may not register properly. Though in my experience cheat terminal works for just about everything.
 
Thanks for responding. I started over with a new game because, for reasons having little to do witn SS2 my saves kept getting corrupted and repaired. I’m back at HQ again and so far so good but it’s still early. I’ll keep your response in mind. Thanks!
