Good mornig to everyone.
It's happened a problem with Minutemen quest "Old Guns", I took project for artillery and smoke grenades, I spoke with Ronnie Shaw, but I can't build the mortar. Simply, it doesn't appear in my Special folder on the workshop mode. Is it happened to someone else? How can I fix it?
Thanks

This is a actually a Vanilla quest. If you google the quest for bugs, there are lots of them that players have encountered.
But, Did you pick up the artillery plans?

You're right, I did it before to write here. This quest has a thousand of bug, really many, too much bugs, but it seems this problem it's happened only to me because nobody spoke about it.
Yes, I took the plans, smoke grenade and the materials. It simply don't appear in the workshop menù, I really don't know how to fix it. :(

Amazingly its not listed here:

My gut tells me its not a bug. I would guess a mod is causing this.
I would check the mod page for any minuteman mods you have and see if they make changes to this quest.
You could load your entire modlist in xEdit. Then look for the artillery constructable object to see if any mods are editing the conditions.

Even though you should only disable mods for testing purposes, if you disable WATM and MM, disable the patches related to them too I guess. And looking at the patch's page, your order is messed up
Installation Instructions:
  1. Install We Are The Minutemen v7.6.
  2. Install Militarized Minutemen v1.1.2. In the version choices section, click either "Green Version (Leveled Lists)" or "Blue Version (Leveled Lists)".
  3. Install Militarized Minutemen Uniform Patches and Insignia Addon v2.11. Note: If you chose the "Green Version (Leveled Lists)" in step 2, you also need to download and install "Esp File for Green Uniform 2.1" in the optional download section on Militarized Minutemen Uniform Patches and Insignia Addon mod page.

Load Order:

W.A.T.Minutemen.esp
MilitarizedMinutemen.esp
MilitarisedMinutemen_PatchesAddon.esp
WATM-MM-MMUPAIA_CustomPatch.esp

Thank you, I've alreadt disables MiM and WATM but nothing change and bug still continues. Now I tried to disable other mods and try, but I really don't understean what's happened. I found an old thread here in the forum about my exaclty same problems, but he solved via consolle and I want to avoid it

Bug solved, thanks to your advise, guys, I checked for incompatibilty. Any mods who add some object in the "Special" workshop menù is incompatible (Truestorm, Minutemen Squad and WATM) and the artillery simply become not available and it doesn't appear in the meù. Disable all these mods, quest succesfully completed!

If this was true, any mod that added items to the workshop menu wouldn't work.

Most likely, one of the mods you disabled added an extra condition to allow the artillery to show in the menu. This is why I suggested you read the mod descriptions for your MM mods. You might have found something like "Artillery requires min 5 setters in a settlement to be built" or similar. Every mod you add can change the way the game works. You need to be familiar with these changes to prevent endless hours of head scratching. :scratchhead
