Mr. Turner Taffington, having grown up in the fishing community realized his fledgling business needed a boost. Realizing most wanderers were less inclined to consume mutated fish but were always seeking bed and booze, Mr. Taffington searched high and low for the best of brewers and distillers in the wasteland. As word spread of his establishment, a small community began to form, from farmers to scrappers, to soldiers and priests.

Little did he know, he was about to make an important discovery that would have a great impact on his land.

What was once a run down fishers abode, nearly overnight, turned into a bustling hub, of food, booze and luxury.....with a little crazy mixed in, because, you know, the Wasteland.

Build:
I only just reinstalled FO4 and some mods specifically for City Plans, but missed the July contest by 5 days, which is why there isn't a huge diversity in plot add-ons. As such, I went down the road of a more overall custom build.

Residential Plots/Beds:
(4) all internal, SS by kinggath
(7) Custom
(1) Player sleeping bag

Commercial Plots:
Travel Bar by mimaef (external)
Nuclear Nellie by Tinuvia (internal)
Caps General by kinggath (internal)

Agricultural Plots:
Garden Cases by Ruined World (internal)
Silt Bean & Coffee by Tinuvia (internal)

Recreational Plots:
Mess Hall by Tinuvia (internal)
Beans and Books by Tinuvia (internal)

Advanced Industrial:
Community Well/Brewery/Distillery by Ethreon

Security Plots:
Security Office by Kinggath (internal)

I may have to bow out. [to those that were concerned with similar builds]

My PC crapped out, believe it's my M2 drive, essentially the C drive where the save files are located. the backup copy of the c drive is a few weeks old, before I reloaded the game. So even if I can reinstall windows, those save files are gone.

I'm trying to force life back into the drive just long enough to do another backup, but as it stands, it's not looking good.

This is my second sign i should never have started this contest.15658176015111304732489364794030.jpg

The replacement M2 drive wasn't showing up either, so I'm wondering if the MB is the issue. Regardless, I just dropped some serious dime for parts to upgrade what was about a 5-6 year old build. We know how this goes sometimes...

New MB, new CPU installed, old questionable M2.SSD seems to be working fine, so I guess the previous MB just gave up. H.O.W.E.V.E.R., the one nagging thing, is i found 4 main board screws loose, while the others were snug, can't help but wonder if that was part of the problem.

22 year PC tech here, I doubt it had anything to do with loose MB screws, unless they were rattling free range around on top/underneath your MB.
Did you have to replace your power supply as well?

This is a very nice design. I specially do appreciate that you have listed all the plot's name, as well as number of beds.
I think Kinggath and the Sim Settlements' team should make it compulsory for all the entries to give a complete detail of their design.
The best thing you did was to provide us with a level3 game save. Thanks a lot, and appreciate your hard work.
