No Plots of SS2 or plugins uses this function to provide extra information.
I like to look at the extra information without having to look at the available plans to see the notes. Why doesn't anyone use this?

As someone who has made an addon pack, it shames me that I have no idea what that is. Some investigation will be required to figure out what populates that data.
