Not a bug Not able to sprint after leaving vault?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if other people have experienced this but for some reason when I exit the Vault for the first time (after starting a new game) I can't sprint. But it's weird because after getting to Sanctuary I can sprint for a few seconds and then it stops. I went to to Concord and I couldn't sprint the whole way there but then I went inside and suddenly I could sprint but again for a few seconds and then it stops.

I had also loaded Horizon alongside Conqueror so I thought that might be causing the issue but I uninstalled Horizon and all Horizon patches (including the Sim Settlements patch) and did a fresh game and the sprint bug was still there.

The sprint bug used to be caused by Spring Cleaning. Could also be an ini setting issue.

This seems like something you'll want to test your load order for. So start by disabling all mods to see if it fixes it. If so, then you know you just need to go through your mods to figure out which is preventing sprinting. If disabling all mods does not fix it, you have some sort of ini file setting causing issue.
